Why is the "Number of units" field greyed out / not editable?

This field is intentionally locked. To change the number of units associated with your organization, you must contact your account manager (a direct link to support is provided in the "?" tooltip next to the field). 


Non-member: this field does not appear in your profile. Instead, you freely enter your number of units in the membership flow (the "My membership" page).
