How do I filter or find a specific document?

Three tabs allow filtering: All, Letter templates and forms, Practical guides. A « Themes » drop-down menu refines further by subject (annexes to the lease and building regulations, pre-rental, security deposit, troubles and breach of lease terms, documents for the Administrative Housing Tribunal, management, moving, renewal of fixed term lease, major repairs or improvements, eviction, conversion to divided co-ownership, assignment, non-payment of rent, subleasing, notice of non-renewal, repossession of a dwelling, concierge, notice of default, access to a dwelling, abandonment, etc.).

Non-member: the filters and themes work the same way, but they apply to the limited selection of accessible documents; locked documents remain displayed with a padlock.
