What are the three help paths offered?

The Support page distinguishes: « Get advice » (talk to a rental management advisor), « Manage my account » (member team for subscription, renewal, billing), and « Technical support » (issues related to the member area or CORPIQ tools).


Non-member: "Technical support" remains accessible for any issue related to your account or the platform. However, "Get advice" (advisory services) is reserved for members, and "Manage my account" mainly concerns membership steps as long as you are not a member.
