If your candidate owns his or her current house, if it is still in his or her possession and if it is located in Quebec, CORPIQ will be able to confirm the current landlord on the evaluation roll, as well as the value of the building.
However, if your tenant has already sold his or her house or if it is located outside Quebec, we will not be able to verify it.
