What is the retention period for electronic leases on servers? Is there a difference depending on the status of the lease?

As soon as you start an electronic lease, it is stored on our servers, regardless of its status (in production, signature requests to be sent, awaiting signatures, to be concluded, concluded).

To make managing your leases easier, our system automatically deletes leases that have been in production for more than 3 months. In fact, if you haven't generated your lease after 3 months, it's highly likely that you've switched to another lease for this rental unit in the meantime.

In other statuses, electronic leases are kept on our servers at all times, unless you decide to delete them on your own initiative.
