How to generate and sign a lease?

You can view the video procedure or follow the steps below.

Steps to follow

1. Click on the desired lease, then click on the preview button.

2. If you have already purchased print rights for the Tribunal Administratif du Logement lease, proceed to step 6. Otherwise, click on "Buy print rights".

3. Select the number of leases you wish to purchase and click on "Buy".

4. Enter the required payment details and click on "Pay".

5. Return to The Real Estate Manager.

6. To send the lease to the tenant and landlord, return to the "Preview" page and click on "Send" in the top right-hand corner.

7. Check that the recipients and information are correct and click "Send".
