Steps to Follow
The name of signer, which is written at the bottom of the letters, will automatically be the name of the company. If you want another name to appear on the letters, follow these steps.
1. Go to the “Data” tab and the “Companies” subtab.
2. Click on the company that sends the letters.
3. Click on “Modify” at the top right.
4. In the fourth page of the dialog box and the “Signers” section, enter the name of the new signer (or, if they are already in your contacts, select them by clicking on “Select the signers”).
5. Click on “Finish.”
You have now changed the signer of the letters.
