The recipient tells me that my e-mail notification has ended up in his junk folder. What should I do?

This is a rare occurrence, as Pronotif has an excellent reputation, enabling us to achieve a very high level of deliverability to mailboxes.

Pronotif takes every precaution to ensure that e-mails do not end up in the spam folder. Please be sure to ask them to add noreply@pronotif.com to your list of accepted e-mails.

If it is the recipient who has voluntarily put you in his or her junk mail folder, particularly if he or she does not agree to communicate via Pronotif, you will have to find another means of communicating with him or her.
