How do I create a ProprioLocation account?

✅ 1. Go to the registration page

Visit propriolocation.com and click “Create an account”.


✍️ 2. Fill out the registration form

Provide the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Valid email address

  • Preferred language of communication

  • Password (minimum 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 special character)

  • Phone number

 Tip: Use an up-to-date email address to ensure you receive your confirmation link.



3. Link your CORPIQ account (optional)

Are you a CORPIQ member and subscribed to ProprioEnquête®?
Enter the 22-character number located on the back of your CORPIQ card in the appropriate field.

This will allow you to:

  • Link your CORPIQ and Proprio Location accounts

  • Automatically send your rental applications to ProprioEnquête® without manually re-entering tenant information




 4. Select your role

Choose the role that best describes you:

  • Property Manager

  • Broker

  • Owner

This helps us tailor the platform to your specific needs.


5. Add a billing address (if necessary)

If you plan to use paid services, a billing address may be required. Fill in the relevant fields if this applies to you.


6. Set your communication preferences

Select the types of communication you’d like to receive:

  • I want to follow all Proprio Location news

  • I want to receive invitations to events, training sessions, or conferences

  • I want to receive exclusive offers and discounts

  • I want to receive newsletters and updates about the rental industry and Proprio Location

✅ You can update these preferences anytime in your account settings.


✅ 7. Accept the Terms of Use

Check the box to confirm: “I accept the Terms of Use for rental applications.”


8. Confirm your email address

Once your form is complete:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Click the link in the email to activate your account

Your Proprio Location account is now ready to use!





❓ Frequently Asked Questions about Creating an Account

  I’m getting an error with my password. What should I do?

Make sure it meets these criteria:

  • At least 8 characters

  • Includes at least one number

  • Includes at least one special character (e.g.: !, %, &, @)


 I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure your email address was entered correctly

  • If needed, go back to the login page and click “Resend confirmation email”


  I’m having trouble creating my account. What can I do?

If issues persist after following the above steps, try the following:

  • Use a different browser (e.g.: Chrome, Firefox)

  • Clear your browser’s cache

  • Contact us through our help form (link to be added here)
