It displays a welcome message, your digital membership card with number and validity date, quick action buttons (Update payment card, View invoices, Technical support), as well as a "Quick links" area providing direct access to Talk to an advisor, Letter templates and forms, and the Rent increase calculator.
Non-member: the dashboard is different. It displays neither a membership card nor quick links. Instead, you will find an "Already a CORPIQ member?" box to retrieve your account using your card number, a "Become a CORPIQ member" box with the "Join now" button, as well as a "Compare your access" section presenting the features included and those reserved for members.
