The Manage my buildings section groups six tools covering the entire rental cycle: Kangalou for publishing listings, Rental application for managing applications, ProprioEnquête for screening applicants, Electronic lease for drafting and signing leases online, ProprioExpert for integrated management and accounting, and Pronotif for sending official notices electronically.
Non-member: the section is accessible and most tools are open (Kangalou, Rental application, Electronic lease, ProprioExpert, Pronotif). ProprioEnquête, however, is locked (members only). A "Become a member and unlock all your benefits" banner is displayed at the top of the page.
