When I import my import file I get an error during the process


First of all, if the errors are detected by our system, you can download the Excel file containing these errors and make the changes. 


If none have been detected and you are still unable to import your list, please check your file to ensure that there are no duplicate recipients. You can't have exactly the same first and last name twice. 


If a person rents several of your units (for example, in the case of corporate rentals), we recommend that you add the unit number in brackets after the person's name. In this way, all building records will be unique and can be correctly imported.
