Non-member: the "My membership" page does not present a member record, but rather a membership flow ("Profile setup") that invites you to indicate your number of units and your profile type (property manager, owner-occupant, or investor owner), then to click "Continue" to start a membership. The information described below (member number, card, status, expiration, renewal, contract) only exists once the membership has been subscribed.
