How to personalize your ProprioLocation account ?

ProprioLocation allows you to customize your profile to better suit your needs. To edit your information:

Go to the "My Profile" section, accessible from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the icon with a silhouette).

? First and Last Name

These fields can be updated at any time.
They let you keep your account up to date if there’s a change in the property owner or manager.

ℹ️ This name will appear on all submitted rental applications.

Communication Language

Choose your preferred language to receive all communications in either English or French.

Password

To update your password:

• Enter a new password

• Confirm it

• Click “Update my profile” to save your changes

Phone Number(s)

You can add one or more phone numbers.
✅ These will only be used to verify your identity if you require assistance.

Company Logo

You can personalize your rental forms by uploading a JPG-format logo.

• Maximum size: 500 x 500 pixels

• It will appear in the top-right corner of your rental applications

Link your CORPIQ account

If you’re subscribed to ProprioEnquête®, enter the number located on the back of your CORPIQ card.

This allows you to:

• Automatically send your applications to ProprioEnquête® without re-entering tenant details

• Enjoy member discounts when purchasing electronic lease credits

⚙️ Default Values

You can set default fields such as:

• Deposit conditions

• Deadlines to sign the lease

These details will be automatically added to the legal section at the end of each application, but you can always modify them on a case-by-case basis.

Billing Address

You can add or update your billing address at any time.
It will be used for issuing your invoices.

Contact Information

Add your communication details so that prospective tenants can reach you if they need assistance completing their application.

Communication Preferences

You can choose the types of messages you'd like to receive from ProprioLocation:

• Invitations to events, training sessions, or conferences

• Promotions and contests – Exclusive offers and discounts for users

• Newsletters, updates, and announcements

✅ You can update these preferences at any time from your profile.
