If no information appears on your applicant’s credit report, there are two possibilities:
– Our data provider has identified your applicant, but has no information on their credit report.
– Our data provider does not know your applicant and does not have a credit report for him/her.
This can happen with young applicants, newcomers or people who have never had credit cards or bills issued in their name.
When no credit card appears for your applicant, it is important to note that a reduced fee will be applied.
In this case, the applicant must obtain a guarantor (endorser) and the investigation must be done on that person.
Here is an example of a report on a candidate with no credit information in their name
