How do I activate my ProprioEnquête® account?

To finalize your activation to ProprioEnquête®, you must send us the front and back of your driver's license as well as a recent invoice dated 30 days or less with the same mailing address as the one on your driver's license (for example Hydro Québec, telephone bill...).

You can send us your documents by email at or by fax at (514) 748-2473.

An administrator will confirm your registration within 24 business hours from the date we receive both documents.

You will receive a confirmation by email when your account is created. You will then need to follow the hyperlink provided to create your account
