What happens when a representative signs on behalf of a landlord?

Modified on Thu, 25 Apr at 4:50 PM

Since the representative has obtained prior authorization from the landlord to sign on his or her behalf, there is no problem with the representative signing the lease.

In this sense, only the representative needs to conclude the lease, without the need for the landlord's signature on the lease.
