How come I can't see some of my mailings anymore?

Since February 2024, we've been giving our users the option of deleting some of their mailings themselves, to make it easier for them to manage their files. 

In addition, from 2024 onwards, all mailings over 5 years old will be automatically cleaned every year. Please note that if your account is affected by this cleanup, we will send you an e-mail each time to alert you 60 days in advance so that you can save the evidence report and other information specific to these past-date activities.
