What Should I Do if I Can’t Find my Rental Application on ProprioEnquête®?

First of all, make sure you have linked your ProprioEnquête® and Propriolocation® accounts. If they are not linked, information transfer will not be possible.


To link them, go to the ProprioLocation® website and click on your profile. Enter the 22 characters on the back of the CORPIQ card you used to log in to ProprioEnquête®. The rental application will then appear on the site, allowing you to use it to conduct a survey.


If you still can't access your rental application from ProprioEnquête®, your applicant may not have signed the application. You can resend the form to your applicant to obtain their signature within the required timeframe. 


Also check that the applicant's current address is in Canada. If it is not, we cannot perform a pre-rental survey on the applicant. 


You can, for example, carry out a pre-leasing inquiry on one of our endorsers located in Canada, to protect yourself in the event of potential problems.


If after these checks the reason remains unknown, please contact our technical support.
