You want to upload your rental application, but the system does not download it? It is most likely exceeding the maximum size allowed. We limit the size of files to 4Mb to not overload our servers.
If the size of your file is less than 4Mb and you still can’t download it, the format might be the problem. We only accept PDF files and images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc).
Note: It is not needed to scan at more than 300 dpi
