What should I do if my email was not sent due to an invalid email address?

Here is how to proceed:

  1. Go to your outbox; you will see a red warning icon next to the recipient that informs you that your email was not delivered to them.
  2. Click on the warning icon. A new window will appear in which you can correct the incorrect e-mail address.
  3. Click on “Confirm and Send” to resend your email to the new address. You will be able to follow its status on the same page.

N.B. You will be notified by email each time a transmission to a recipient fails. To access the email details page, simply click on the “Go to my outbox” link in the email.
