My future tenant has not received his or her email to proceed with the signature of his or her lease, what can I do?

It is very rare that future tenants and endorsers do not receive our emails! 

Ask them to make sure that they have checked their junk mail. 

You also have the option of resending a copy of the lease to that same email address, but you can also change the recipient's communication email address by going directly to your lease dashboard. 

To send a copy, simply click on the paper airplane icon at the top right of the screen: 

To change the communication email address, go to the right side of the lease and click on the pencil icon. Follow the instructions and resend the lease to this new communication address:
