Why Are Some of My Pronotif Activities Missing?

Manual Deletion by the User

Since February 2024, Pronotif allows users to manually delete specific activities. This feature helps you better organize your account and manage your communication history more efficiently.

Annual Automatic Cleanup of Older Activities

Starting in 2024, Pronotif performs an annual automatic cleanup to remove all activities older than 5 years from user accounts.

Advance Notification Before Deletion

If your account is affected by this automatic cleanup:

• You will receive an email notification 60 days in advance.

• This gives you enough time to save the proof report and any other relevant information before the data is permanently deleted.

Regularly Check the Archive Tab

To keep track of activities scheduled for deletion:

• An Archive tab will automatically appear next to your Drafts when one or more activities are nearing the cleanup phase.

• We recommend checking this tab regularly so you can take any necessary actions in time.
